Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1977), Graduate in Law (Madrid, Spain 1989) specialized in private law, with experience and constant practice in real rights both in consulting and in judicial litigation.

With 35 years of dedication to provincial and municipal public law in the Province of Neuquén, he was a consultant for various entities such as the Administration of National Parks (APN), various State companies, the State Prosecutor's Office of the Province of Neuquén, and for 35 years in several periods in charge of the legal counsel of the Municipality of San Martín de los Andes, which he represented in court.
