Attorney graduated from the Law School of the National University of Rosario in March 1987.

Since graduating, he began working in judicial litigation in the III Judicial District of the Province of Santa Fe, where he was part of the internal legal counsel of the Municipality of Venado Tuerto (Province of Santa Fe) from 1993 to 1995

In the year 2000 he settled in the city of San Martín de los Andes, and in March 2006 he joined the Burgenik & Asociados law firm, where he began to work in all areas of professional concern of the firm ( civil, commercial, labor) and, particularly, municipal administrative law because the firm exercised (and continued to do so during four continuous government administrations) the external legal advice of the Municipality of San Martín de los Andes.

In this capacity, he represented the Municipality of San Martín de los Andes before various national and provincial administrative bodies.

In 2009 he was incorporated as a partner, and from that year the law firm became Burgenik-Bertero & Asociados.
